Cases covered by the Revised Rules on Summary Procedure

Use forms requiring accused to submit counter-affidavit within 10 days upon receipt.
1) Alarm and scandal
2) Driving without License
3) Under the influence of Liquor
4) Intriguing against honor
5) Less Serious Physical Injuries
6) Light anbd Oral Defamation
7) Light Threats
8) Malicious Mischief
9) Maltreatment
10.) Other deceits where bond recommended does not exceed P6,000
11) Resistance and Disobedience to a person in authority or the agents of such person
12) RIR DTP/SPI/LSPI where the amount of damage does not exceed P10,000 after multiplying by 3.
13) RIR in damage to property/Slight Physical Injuries/Less Serious Physical Injuries
14) Slander
15) Slight Physical Injuries
16) Tresspass to Dwelling
17) Unjust Vexation
18) Vagrancy
19) Violation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22
20) Violation of Municipal Ordinance
21) Violation of PD 9 as amended by BP 6
22) Violation of Sec 55, RA 4136
23) Working without permit
-and other light offenses where the imposable penalty is 6 months and below.
